Weight Loss Program

The program is designed to last for 12 weeks but can be lengthened or shortened to meet your weight loss needs. The ideal candidate for the program is at least 30 pounds overweight with a BMI over 27.

This is a high-protein, low-calorie/carb medically-monitored program. You will see the doctor once per month for the duration of the diet and come in weekly for weight checks. The diet is very cost-effective, and most people have found it to be cheaper or equal to the combined cost of groceries and eating out.
