Family Practice Associates is continuing to treat our community during this difficult time. We now have two options for a visit with our providers. You can still schedule an in-office appointment. 

We are now offering telemedicine appointments as an alternative to coming into our office. These appointments allow a face-to-face encounter via a secure link with one of our providers over your smartphone or other devices. We believe this will help us to continue to care for our community during this period of unknown.
